We are committed to our growers throughout the planting, growing, harvesting and farm improvement processes. We strive to help educate farmers in the importance of sustainable and eco-friendly coffees which will not only benefit the environment, but will also improve the grower's standard of living.
We strive to pay our coffee harvesters higher rates, even exceeding Fair Trade requirements. We also conduct medical brigades through our non-profit partner Green Earth Development Teams. Unlike other coffee companies, we respect our pickers, treat them right, and value our relationship with them.

Green Earth Coffee donates 100% of its net profits to Green Earth Development Teams and other NGOs. Our teams engage in strategic projects that help needy families, women, children and minority ethnic groups.
